Natural Grease Trap & Drain Treatments

Use friendly bacteria to eliminate fats, oils and greases from grease traps saving time, labor, and money.

Restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals and other commercial or industrial cooking operations are prohibited from discharging fats, oils and greases (FOGs) from their kitchens directly to city sewage systems. Grease traps up to 2,000 gallons are used to intercept and settle grease from these facilities allowing only the grey water or effluent to flow into the city wastewater system.

If not well-maintained, large amounts of FOGs from commercial cooking facilities will not only enter into city sewage systems, but will also clog downstream drain pipes and septic systems, creating odor problems.

To ensure grease traps are functioning properly, they must be pumped or cleaned on a regular schedule. This is both time-consuming and costly. In addition, hundreds of pounds of grease (considered hazardous waste by many cities) per year per restaurant end up in landfills.

MICROBIAL GREASE TRAP TREATMENT PRODUCTS MADE IN THE U.S.

QB Labs' industrial strength grease trap and drain treatment products are bacteria-based, non-chemical, environmentally friendly and cost effective solutions that naturally digest fats, oils, and greases keeping grease traps clean and operating effectively. We use a select, proprietary blend of beneficial microbes and enzymes to specifically target and accelerate the degradation of fats, oils and greases produced by cooking operations.

Our U.S.-made microbial solutions naturally improve flow, eliminate odors, extend time between pump outs, and help prevent grease run off to city sewage systems.

Our grease trap and drain bacteria have been used for over 20 years both domestically and internationally.  We offer wholesale natural treatments in bulk and concentrate. We also serve as a co-packer and offer private label products with your branding and logo. Contact us today to learn more.
